Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated: 2 September 2026
Memberra platform fees
Fees paid directly to Memberra are generally non-refundable, including unused time, partial periods, downgrades, setup, domains, credits, add-ons and usage charges. We may grant a refund or credit case by case in our discretion. An exception is not an admission, continuing entitlement or precedent. Rights and remedies that law does not permit us to exclude remain unaffected.
Operator storefront purchases
Independent Operators are the sellers of their own packages, products and services. Their identity, cancellation terms and refund policy must be displayed before purchase. Requests should normally be made to that Operator. Memberra may provide technical routing or payment records but does not decide an Operator's statutory obligations.
UK consumers
Where a purchaser is a consumer, statutory cancellation and remedies for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods, services or digital content apply. Immediate digital supply during a cancellation period may begin only following any express consent and acknowledgement required by law. Nothing labelled “no refunds” removes a mandatory remedy.
Subscriptions
Contractual cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already incurred. A cancellation acknowledgement should be retained.
Crypto and manual payments
Crypto transfers may be irreversible, volatile and subject to network or processor fees. Irreversibility does not remove a statutory refund obligation; where the original method cannot practically receive a refund, the seller may use a lawful alternative agreed with the customer. Manual-payment evidence may be verified before access is supplied.
How to request help
For fees charged directly by Memberra, email [email protected] with the account email, date, amount and payment reference. For an Operator purchase, use the support details on that storefront. See the full Terms.
