Acceptable Use

This policy forms part of the Memberra Terms and applies to every Operator, team member, storefront, integration, customer and connected system. Operators must impose equivalent lawful-use restrictions on their own users.

You may use Memberra with media, channels, software and other content only where you hold all rights required to possess, reproduce, market, transmit and commercially supply it in every relevant territory. A retail purchase, personal streaming subscription or home-use licence does not by itself establish commercial distribution rights. You must not sell pirate IPTV, restream third-party services, circumvent access controls, conceal the source of content, or describe a mandatory access payment as a donation to evade these rules.

You must not use the Service for fraud, deceptive sales, unlawful gambling, money laundering, sanctions evasion, CSAM or sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, threats, harassment, malware, credential theft, spam, trafficking, controlled goods, infringement, unlawful surveillance, unauthorised security testing, or activity prohibited by a connected payment or infrastructure provider.

Memberra may request identity, ownership, address, merchant, tax, licensing, source and customer-notice evidence before or during service. Information must be complete and accurate. Refusal, inconsistency, unusual complaint levels, evasive branding, sanctions concerns or credible infringement allegations may result in restricted checkout, provisioning, payouts, integrations or account access while reviewed.

Operators must provide a working copyright contact, preserve relevant records, respond promptly and take appropriate action. Memberra may forward notices and disable platform functionality linked to disputed activity. Repeated or serious infringement, wilful blindness, false attestations or attempts to reopen a terminated operation may lead to permanent termination and provider or authority reports where lawful.

Enforcement is risk-based and may occur without advance notice where necessary to prevent harm, comply with law or protect Memberra and its providers. Memberra does not promise to monitor all activity and a failure to act once does not waive later enforcement. Operators remain responsible for their conduct regardless of any review by Memberra.
