Memberra is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) billing and lifecycle automation tool. We provide subscription management, payment processing (via Stripe and PayPal), customer portals, and automation rules that an operator can configure to interact with their own media servers through publicly-documented APIs.

That is all we do. We are a payments and automation layer — nothing more.

• Memberra is not a media server, streaming service, or content provider.
• Memberra does not host, store, distribute, transmit, or stream any video, audio, or other media content.
• Memberra does not provide, sell, or licence access to any copyrighted material.
• Memberra does not operate, control, or have any visibility into the content stored on operators' servers.
• Memberra is not a Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby reseller, partner, or licensee.

Memberra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or in any way officially connected to Plex, Inc., the Jellyfin Project, Emby LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. References to these products on this site are for the sole purpose of describing technical compatibility — i.e. that operators can connect Memberra's billing tooling to servers they themselves own and operate.

Memberra is a tool used by independent operators (our customers). Each operator is solely and exclusively responsible for:

• The lawful ownership, licensing and operation of any media server they connect to Memberra.
• Compliance with the terms of service of Plex, Jellyfin, Emby and any other third-party platform they use.
• Compliance with all applicable copyright, licensing, broadcasting, tax, consumer-protection and data-protection laws in their jurisdiction.
• The content made available on their servers and the legality of distributing or providing access to that content.
• Their relationship with, and any obligations to, their own end customers.

Memberra does not monitor, review, approve or endorse the activities of any operator using the platform.

Operators connect their own Stripe and/or PayPal merchant accounts. Funds flow directly from end customers to the Operator's account. Memberra never holds, processes, or has custody of operator or customer funds. Memberra is not a payment processor, money transmitter, or financial institution. All refund, chargeback, dispute and tax obligations to end customers are the Operator's responsibility.

The Operator is the sole and exclusive point of contact for their end customers — for pre-sales, billing, technical support, refunds, complaints and disputes. Memberra provides no support, warranty or remedy of any kind to end customers. See Terms §7.

Fees paid by Operators to Memberra for use of the platform are strictly non-refundable, including for partial periods, downgrades, unused features, third-party outages, or accounts terminated for breach. Full details in Terms §5.

The Memberra platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memberra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or from the actions of any operator or third party.
